I am psychologist Sonja and in my private practice I help both young and old with a myriad of issues, doubts and questions. I currently don't have a waiting list anymore, which makes it possible to have a first session on short notice. If you have any questions or wish to make an appointment, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Therapy in English

Perhaps your life isn’t going as you had planned, as you had imagined it would be. Maybe your life is made complicated by living abroad, sharing a partnership with a Dutch person, having to raise children in a tradition which is not your own. Or have you just worked too hard trying to succeed in your job, are you unhappy in your relationship or are fears and anxieties closing in on you leaving you exhausted and incredibly tired?

Would you like to discuss whatever it is that is bothering you with a reliable, friendly and well-qualified person, someone who takes the time to listen to you, someone understanding and kind? Then I am the person you are looking for. My English is fluent, so such a relief to be able to discuss your delicate or painful situation in your own language. Or if it isn’t your native tongue, for many English generally still is the second best choice.

For whom?

My extensive experience in teaching both children and adults gives me a broad scope in clients. In addition, having dealt professionally with many many people enables me to quickly make contact with a variety of people regardless age and background. Youngsters, adolescents, adults and senior people; all are welcome in my practice!
